This image is rather strange: Elwing's White Tower was built at the end of the First Age of the Sun in the north of the Sundering Seas, Belegaer, within viewing distance of the coast. Correct so far.
But these are orcs and so this coast is that of Middle-earth, not of Aman.
Could it be the tower is so gigantic that it can be seen from both western and eastern shores of the sea? Or then is it located just south of Helcaraxë where both continents met until the War of Wrath?
Since the Quenta Silmarillion does not specify, it could also be argued that the tower was built off the shore of Lammoth, making it the most eastern of the later Valian buildings, even more to the east than Númenórë and there lies a paradox.
Image reversed horizontally for the benefit of accuracy: it's his right hand Beren lost to Carcharoth. Too bad about Gustavo Tironi Malek's signature but he should have paid more attention to this crucial detail.
I just found out this is a cut image from the cover for German Heavy Metal band Blind Guardian's 1998 'Nightfall in Middle-earth'. Here a larger image with the missing details:
Its quality is inferior to the image already uploaded so this latter stays. The Utumno imageboard is precisely meant for such cases where art and information are needed for Angband but cannot appear here due to quality standards.
Rule observed here: if a futanari character does not display a penis on picture, then 'female', 'woman' and derivative tags should be added. Futanari must be used only when a Japanese anime/manga/videogame character exhibits both penis and vulva. Every other case of a person with both genders' genitalia will be labelled 'hermaphrodite' and this latter tag is to appear whenever 'futanari' does.
Disregard source claim that this would be by John Howe. This picture is by Ted Nasmith and appears in 2 editions of The Silmarillion (1998 & 2004), the latter of which I own.

Original title is "Adaneth", an obvious error.
